The LUAL APP is a powerline safety tool used to promote adequate safety planning and raising awareness of safe working requirements near powerlines. The LUAL app provides many tools to assist decision making in eliminating and Isolating powerline hazards and formulating a worksite plan putting administration hazard controls in places such as a safety observer and powerline markers in place to control the powerline safety risk.
